They can be repaired but you have to mark everything as you disassemble them. Digital camera suggested. They were not meant to be repaired but it can be done. The only problem with mine was that the motors needed to "run" a bit. Too many short cycles. If you just want to "park" them, then disconnect the connectors that feed them. Then pull up the end cover at the shaft end. There's an 8mm nut there that hold the wiper on. Remove the nut, position the wiper arm, reinstall the nut.
