Some guys are very good, some are just OK. On a car that new, you want it perfect. Be sure to talk to them about paint matching. Some colors are very tough to match. Find out what 3 different guys say about the paint matching. There is more to it sometimes than just a "computer" match and manual skill is important. Independents are also more likely to cut you a deal if they know you are paying out of your own pocket. If there is no insurance company involved let them know that.
