It is a holding company of brands. It doesn't care where the cars are made, only that the brands have traction in the marketplace. The question as to whether Nordic characteristics can continue to define the SAAB brand with the car made in continental Europe remains to be seen. Maybe the Swedes should have thought twice about selling SAAB. Then again maybe this is part of the EU-unification; jobs move around. Does anyone really care where his CTS-V is made?
