No the R gear is deffently Bad the last time i got a tranny oil change 1 or 2 teeth from the gear came out of tranny and it was from the R gear. and its got all the signs of it too like there is a loud KLUCKING sound when reversing. I can get a 1988 saab 900 or 900 turbo drivetrain off of someone i know really cheep. would it be eazer to just throw the hole drivetrain(engine/tranny) all in one peace or should i just ghe tranny in there. And how much would you pay for it? the thing is in really nice shape too.
