Update - I've managed to locate the Fan Speed Controller, attached to the heater assembly with some sort of thermal paste, presumably as a heatsink. It's showing an open circuit so I suspect this is the problem. Another on order from Neo Brothers so will update when I get this installed, if anyone cares...
