Okay, you've obviously misinterpretted my posts. I clearly stated that I did not expect anything from the dealer beyond what is specified in the contracts I signed. I am certainly not angry about dealers charging money for goods and services (in this case, just services). I'm a supporter of free-market capitalism, so I actually disagree with a lot of what SaabGuy has been saying in this thread. I am really not sure how my disagreeing with a price point has been construed as indignation. There is a difference between thinking a price is too high and feeling outrage about not getting something for free. Perhaps I just haven't been clear enough.
