You need to remove five or 5 or 6 easily removable M6 bolts plus the one connecting to the inner wheelhouse. The latter is often rather full of rust and could be difficult to remove as the inner wheelhouse is also plastic and thus really soft. However, in case of damage there are backups to attach the lower panel to the wheelhouse by simply using a stainless steel screw for wood or something similar. When the lower panel is removed you see the valve and the exchange is rather simple. No need to repair the valve, it is a 2 dollar part, buy a cople of them as they are also used below the left hood ejector. -- th
