Subject: Fan noise 02-93SE in the on-Star area



When the car is running or off with the key in or out i hear a fan like
noise coming from the area of the Onstar buttons that with no rhyme or
reason eventually disappears. How do I eliminate it. Car is just beyond
warranty?
