There's drain tubes from the front corners, down through the a-pillars, and drain into/below the engine compartment somewhere in the area of the wheel arches. Those hoses can come off the fittings. More likely to be plugged, but don't clear them too aggressively or they'll come off. Any elasticity they had new is pretty much gone. So don't just pump compressed air down them or you're done for sure.
