I purchased a 9-3 aero sport combi last december. After 16,000 Km and 7 months, here's the important problem I did complained about : 1. Brake problem (like if something has dropped out the underside of the car): never found the problem 2. "Pool" of water under passenger seat (back) 3. Unexplained Coolant lost after towing a standard popup trailer 1800# for 1,000 km. 4. Aerodynamic noise with the sunroof 5. Fuel level dropped unexplainly around half even if fill up has just been made. Happened at -20 C and recently at 25 C. On the mild side, a lot of plastic rattle all around the car (inside) on uneven roads. So far, only item #2 has been resolved. So, I can certainly understand this JD Power survey. But compared to my brother's in law problems i gets with his Z4 and X5 BMWs, I find myself lucky...
