Any ideas anyone just replace the gear shift housing com-0plete with ignition lock and switch everything working fine apart from the instruement panel lights which are staying on all the time. I'm sure the wiring to the new switch was fine as i drew a wiring diagram b4 removing the wires. Any suggestions gratefully recieved shot of scrapping the car lol
