Drilling and using an "easy-out" would be my first choice. Make sure you use the largest size easy out that you can. If you break-off (a smaller sized) one it is a real PITA to get the broken piece out. Replacing calipers is not that big of a job. Pretty easy actually, just expensive... -- -Fred W
