Measure the current that goes though every single fuse by pulling them one after another and putting your currentmeter to the fusebox contacts for the fuse. All in all it shouldn't be more than around 50mA for ALL fuses, so if you have single ones with that amount, it is too much. Around 300mA points to a single interior light -as hippo suggested already-. /T.
