'04 9-3SS in the shop right now with bad SCL. Will not respond to Tech 2 and will also not add. It is failed in the locked position. Never had one fail that way, always failed wide open so the car would not start but the lock could be easily removed once the mounting bolt was screwed in.
My understanding is that it will not come off when in the lock position. Any experience with removing it when it fails this way?
