Try to fins anyone with some kind of code reader or buy one yourself and maybe, it will come up with a code that might shed some light on the problem. It's not a 100% guarantee since only the Tech 2 can display all Saab codes but at least you might get some answers with a generic code reader. You can disconnect the battery following proper procedures and that might turn off the light but if it comes back on again after some driving, you have a problem that is most likely unrelated to the gasoline.
