It might be inside the fuel computer (ECU, ECM,Trionic).
It is a few hits here and there if you Goggle the code but many is related to older 9-3 like 03-06.

Maybe the car is still covered under the 8 year/80K Federal emission (US spec) warranty if you can find a GM/Saab dealer willing to look into it.
