That would probably be the A/C compressor clutch (if US spec car).

The best way is to remove the belt and spin the pulleys by hand to hear which one is the most noisy.

Using a stethoscope can sometimes work but noise travels through metal and can sometimes fool you to believe it is one pulley when in fact it is another.
