MT6 ? Then the bases are covered... :-)
For bushings, I used Powerflex on my ex-Quattro, and these were quality parts. I didn't feel a lot of difference because the OEM rubber bushes were already quite stiff. Anyway, all gains are welcome on a understeerer like the 9-3. While being there, do the a-arm bushings too.
For the sway bars, I don't know any suppliers and since yours is an Aero, it might already have the biggest one available from OEM. Maybe one can source a bigger one from an Opel Insignia OPC, Vauxhall Vectra VXR or a Pontiac Grand AM GTP? These cars are related and some versions were quite sporty. Can you measure the bars diameter ? Powerflex shows 24 or 25 mm front, and 17 to 19 rear.
For the exhaust, I would really like to hear that cat-back... I just called my good friend, Brady, owner of a dyno shop here in Montreal. He does tuning on all stuff, turboed Corvettes and 700 hp S4s... He said for a turbo engine, best exhaust is no exhaust. So that 874$ Cat-back fron Genuine Saab sounds like a really good deal. You should see faster spooling and a bit more bhp across the rev range. You'll tell us about the sound level ?
And he also said that cat-backs usually improve braking... because it will probably be 50 lbs lighter than OEM. Another "free" performance gain.
