Well, it looks the mechanic (that would be me) did something wrong...
When reassembling the rear CV joint, I didn't pay attention to the relative radial position of each part, even if there is some paint marks to align them.
This CV joint inner race needs to be matched to the outer race but to the opposite of what is logical visually.
Look at this Ferrari owner page, there is a nice photo with yellow arrows to show what to do (that I didn't...).
Well, lesson learned as this was my first CV joint service.
