I don't remember the exact procedure, but I've done this on my 2005 2.0t Linear with just a floor jack. I think I put a jack with a hockey puck under the engine on pulley side, removed the right front engine mount and bracket (front of the engine), loosened the other engine mounts and jacked the front of the engine as high as it would go. At that angle, I was able to get a 3/8 breaker bar into the tensioner arm, get the belt off and remove the tensioner. It was all pretty tight and I may have had to use a crowbar to jockey the engine around to get that last millimeter of clearance, but I did not remove the crank pulley. I also think I had to lower the engine once the tensioner was removed in order to get the belt off the crank pulley.
