My guess would go toward right/inner driveshaft joint.
It seems to be more common on 07 and up but does not escalate and gets worse for a long time unless the rubber boot is broken and the grease has been thrown out.
If it around 60-70 mph you have a light shudder/vibration when accelerating but not when letting up the gas, that's probably what it is.
Volvo have big problems with this and I replace many driveshafts on early 2000 and up cars.
