Re: alternate tire size - Saabnet.com Bulletin Board
I checked the manual for my 2008. It has 235/45 R17 for summer only and 215/55 R17 for All Season or snows. Mine is a Turbo-X that came with the 235/45 R17s so I have the 215s for snows. On my 1988 900T I have 205/50 ZR 16s (on 9000 rims) and the OEM 195s for snows. So < 215s on a 9-3 sound pretty skinny to me. I'd shop around for deals on 215s instead.
