Well, P0300 is a random misfire code so the car disagrees with your analysis. ;)
Assuming you got genuine Saab ignition parts and not ProParts et al crap, you can probably rule out the ignition system. Barring that, misfires are typically caused by lean mixtures, so vacuum leaks or a compromised fuel system are the next likely candidates. Texh 2 is very useful here, but without that it's a matter of getting in there and checking everything - all vacuum hoses and air path seals, injector performance, pump performance, etc... anything that could be messing with the mixture.
