If the pattern I discovered with new plugs for my 9-5 Aero and the wife's 9-3 2.0T hold true, the SAAB plug will be a NGK branded plug packaged in a SAAB box and sold for 2/3's the price.
Not sure about the coils. I hated changing the rear bank of plugs on my son's GrandAm due to lack of access and sight lines. At 150K miles I did his coils too, partly just to have more space in which to work. On that GM engine each coil fires two plugs.
