right front window and door lock Posted by TML [Email] (#2212) [Profile/Gallery] (more from TML) on Fri, 25 May 2018 06:13:01 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
At the same time, the right front window and door lock stopped functioning. I hear a faint click when I try to activate the window, using either switch. I've had some problems with the other door locks, but they've been intermittent, whereas when this door lock stopped working it was sudden and permanent. It seems like the window and door lock could have a common failure. In the Haynes manual, their wiring diagram shows something called "passenger's door control unit". First, does this seem like a likely suspect? Second, what else would this thing be called? I can't seem to find it at the usual places (eeuro and thesaabsite).
