Bad idea to purchase a 2006 9-3 Sportcombi with 166k miles? - Saabnet.com Bulletin Board
I am looking at a 2006 9-3 sportcombi wagon (4 cyl) that is for sale for $3500. It has 166k miles, 1-owner, dealer serviced, and was a new car trade in for a Cadillac (according to ad). It looks really clean and well-maintained in the ad, but I have not test-driven it yet. Any opinions about whether this would be good idea or not? If I go to look/test drive, what should I be on the look-out for? The clutch on my 9-5 is on its last legs, and it is not worth cost of repair. All I want is another Saab.
