So I went through the wiring between the ECM and TCM, cleaned the abs module pins, and still no luck. Finally I removed the ECM, cleaned the ground wires and reinstalled it. Prior to this, a new code popped up for the mass air meter. I discovered the intake boot to the turbo had a small split on the bottom. I repaired the boot, cleared the codes, and went for a test drive. Problem solved! It had to be the ground at the ECM because it only makes sense. Anyway, SOC bound in the Saab, not my wife’s Prius! I hope this helps anyone in the future.
