I hope you read my follow-up message (far below in this thread) exonerating you. Except for my initial disappointment upon receiving the first damaged shipment, our exchanges have been entirely pleasant. You a clearly a stand-up guy.

It's cool that you're on the board here. I might have guessed that but wasn't sure. And yes, I'm certain you're not buying any yachts based on the profits from used DIC sales. I'm just glad you're making them available to those of us that need them -- 1999 9-5 owners being primary in that group!

I have no idea where you obtain the used DICs, but I assume that the parts salvage business is a big underlayer of the auto industry. I'm always amazed that one can walk into any parts store or call a used parts autoyard (even for relatively rare Saab parts, like the place in Vermont I've used in years past for my old 9000s), and not only find the parts, but get them shipped immediately for quick repairs. Despite my concerns about the unsustainability of the American consumption-based economy, I have to admit that the organization of these auto-parts networks is stunning.
