Kevin's post is totally on the money (no double-entendre intended).
It's a shame that the timing belt and tensioner pulleys weren't changed at 120K miles, as they should have been, but you're very fortunate that the belt hasn't broken yet (which can destroy the engine in a heartbeat).
The failure of your turbo -- perhaps not imminent but likely soon -- is bad luck, but at 136K, it's simply a fact of life.
The v6 in your Saab is a terrific engine. It's asymmetrically turbo-charged, meaning that the turbo is connected to only one bank of three cylinders. Replacing it may be a bite to your wallet, but you've just got to pony up and do it if you want to keep the car.
Take care of those two maintenance repairs IMMEDIATELY. Then, barring any other age or mileage-related failures (mufflers, axles, bearings, tires, brakes, etc.), you're good for another 60,000 miles.
