depends on year umm I think till 03 it was just snapped in small flat tip screw driver on edge and it pops out then you just release the harness at the back by pressing the one end to the side and swinging it out and away.......you can also remove the deck and push it out from behind, but it takes very little to pop it out....sometimes Im suprised they stay in when hard impacts from front collisions occur
