If it keeps up, you'll need to take the blower motor out...it is located under the cowl under the windshield wipers...be sure to disconnect the battery first...be very careful taking off the windshield wipers (probably use a thin ball joint separator to ease them off if they dont come off with ease)...once you get the motor out, hit the end metal piece firmly with a hammer...put some lithium grease on the shaft...put everything back in and you wont have the problem any more...fixed the problem a few years ago on mine
