When I went to install the hitch, it didn't fit. After convincing myself that it was not my problem but the actual fit of the hitch, I called customer support. Guess what??! I got a guy who knew what he was talking about. Bigger hammer time, or in this case I was able to bend the hitch assembly back to the shape I needed under the direction of the tech. My score- with difficult bolt placement- 1.5 hrs work, 1.5 hrs head scratching and tech call. All in all a fairly painless install, and I too love the expanded capacity of the trailer towing Saab- my 5th tower.
