See the thread below with links to diagrams and descriptions. None are definitive. The larger 6mm (?) lines are already silicone. Mine was probably not leaking, but very dry on a 2003. I changed the PCV #6 check valve hose running along the engine top because the rubber was sweating oil. There are some other hoses for the coolant bypass valve. You will see them near the vacuum valve as you go along.
I went with 3mm Samco (http://www.sporthoses.com/parts/vacuum_tubing/). Genuine Saab uses 4mm, but was out of some colors. Nick wasn't available when I called to ask him why 4mm. Elkparts recommends 3mm. 3mm is snug, but it went on everywhere and you don't need zip ties. The problems getting it on was mainly due to weird angles. My guess is maybe the Genuine Saab stuff is on the small end of 3mm and Elkparts the large end. Elkparts says the OEM is 3.4mm.
