What percentage of 9-5's built were Aero's

Just curious and not sure if the numbers are out there. I bought a 04 Aero a few months ago and I am in CT where there are tons of Saabs but have only seen a few 9-5 Aeros. By my guess based on how many 9-5's I have seen I would say they are pretty rar. Anyone have the actual numbers? They seem really rare based on my observations.
