A/C leak spots

My 01 aero ran out of freon, I guess after 10 years I can't expect much else. Are there common leak spots in the A/C system that I should know about? I'm planning on recharging with dye, but if I can save some money on freon and replace some o-rings that would be great.
Thanks in advance!
