help with odd electronic issue -- ACC and key

Hello,
I just bought a ’04 Aero to replace my totaled ’03 Arc. It really feels like an upgrade!
Anyway, there is a strange issue I am hoping some might have some feedback on.
Before I purchased, I had a Saab master tech inspect the car. He found the following ACC codes stored: B2295, B2495, and B2406, and he advised a possibly extensive repair to the climate control system. I’ve had the car for two weeks now, and the climate control system has been working fine in both cool and warm weather.
Except for one occasion. The external temperature reading was way off (about +40 degrees), and after starting, there was a notification of new ACC system or panel (should have written it down), the fan went on high, and I could hear some popping, as if the flaps were repeatedly opening/closing. Next key cycle, back to normal. Then later that day or the next, the key remote did not work. I opened the lock manually, the car started fine, but I got an atypical chime. Next key cycle, the remote worked fine.
Turns out the previous owner had the ACC panel replaced last fall. It should still be under a parts warranty. Car battery was tested at the same time and checked out fine.
Any ideas? The Saab tech I know wants to get into the ACC motors and flaps, but this seems like an electronic to me.
