Our 05 9-5 Aero sedan with manual transmission regularly got in the low 30's on the highway. Our 09 auto wagon with essentially the same engine (10 more hp) is more like high 20's with the same driving. Around town driving is similarly lower with the auto wagon. I don't know the exact EPA numbers of the two cars, but that is our experience. I miss the stick shift!
