Driver seat's leather scrathed & worn out, options?

Hi guys,
My '05 S/W driver seat got some scrathed & I think it's time to do something.
Just wonder what option do I have here? other than buying a whole seat from ebay (which cost a lot for shipping)?
Just wonder if any online shop sells only oem/compatible leather cover?
Any other options do I have ?
Any advice is greatly appreaciated!
