Pull all ACC codes, pull the passenger side and see what's going on, and be prepared to pull the drivers side and see what's going on there too. With my car, I had all 3 problems below but only one code (distribution, 13) initially.

For recirc, it could be the arm, not necessarily the motor. Some good tips on this one at saabservices.com.

The vent issue sounds like a problem with the air distribution system. I had this problem too. The best guide I found was http://photo.platonoff.com/Auto/20080730.Saab_9-5_ACC_Air_Distribution_Motor/
It could be the motor, yellow arm, or the bushing on the drivers side that the rod fits into, or the drum not turning freely due to friction or some other problem. I followed dip's steps and lubed the hell out of mine with silicone spray (who knows if it will help but working now). The bushing or washer on the back was updated by SAAB in a TSB. It's green in photos at platonoff, saabservices, and at http://www.genuinesaab.com/psi/files3/9-5BlendFlapInstall.pdf ) but I think the upgraded one is white. If you have the WIS you can get the TSB on it.

Finally I ended up with a drivers blend door problem once I took care of the above problems. I installed the aluminum stop arm to replace my broken white stop arm.
