Just pulled P1312 and P1106 - Any correlation?

About this time last year, my '07 9-5 Aero was revving high, then low, right after starting. It never stalled, but came very close sometimes. This was the first time I saw the P1106, and had my dealer replace the Charge Air Sensor (PN 55563262). The past year, everything has run great, up until April where I started getting the P1312 code. I changed the spark plugs with the correct NGKs (PGR6H-10, I believe?) a few weeks back, and reset the code. Yesterday, the CEL came on again, and I pulled both the P1106 and P1312 again...any ideas if these two codes showing up again on the same day could be correlated? And if so, what should I check for?
