Coolant Bypass Valve

I am sure many of you have seen my post on recent bypass valve troubles and I appreciate all of the advice given on the matter. The car has started leaking again due to the hookup for the vacuum line breaking off at the base of the valve. At this point I am willing to just get rid of the valve altogether, but i cannot seem to find where to purchase the hose assembly to accomplish this. Also after reading through a whole bunch of previous posts on the matter, plugging the vacuum hose was also proposed as a solution to the problem. How would this work and how could I go about maybe fixing it this way instead. Thanks again!
