My second thought is to ask if you are certaint he chargers are properly seated in the power outlets. Saabs seem to have very tight clearances in the power outlet bodyand it is not easy to always get a good electrical connection.
Do the outlets light up when the dash lights are ON? I know the dash power outlet has two positives (one for power and the other for lighting) but only one negative. If the halo lights surrounding the outlets work then you know the negative/ground is intact.
