Ironic topic I have stumbled upomn ;) I currently have a 2K Passat 1.8, and I made the mistake of driving a 2K 9-5 the other day. I was so impressed! The car just felt so right. Can't really explain it, sorta sublime. I had a few 900s, and I loved them. I tend to lean toward the non-traditional side of thinking, so liking them was always natural. I also sold them at an Audi/Saab store.
Bottom line is, I'm really, really thinking about selling my car and getting the 9-5. My car is a 5-spd manual and it's chipped, too! The 9-5 was an SE auto and I was still amazed at the acceleration. That says something to me.
Hey if anyone knows someone looking to buy a Passat in the CT area, let me know. Looks like the Swedish Flu bug has bitten again!!
