Go to an AC shop. They have the 5,000$ machine that can pull the oil out while the system is being put under vacuum. The shop u went to might have not pulled the all the oil out so they didn't need to put the full 100 cc of oil in, or they lacked the ability to vacuum the system and just pulled the pressure out and recharged it.meaning a very small amount of oil would have escaped while decharging and they may have added to much oil upon recharging.
Wrong oil isn't likely becouse even your dumbest red neck can read a bottle but then I guess there's a chance 10w30 could have been used. Exceeding 100 cc of oil in any car is far to much. Find an ac shop tell them vacuum it suck out the oil and give u fresh stuff.
And by no means use the word freon (unless your cracking jokes)
