As others have said, check the camshaft cover, an easy DIY. If it's a manual transmission also check the plug that goes on the driver side of the timing cover. They tend to leak a lot after a while and are cheap and easy to replace. As I recall you need a security Torx bit with the hollow center for the screw. I think a 2006 might still have that but my cars are older. Check to see if your PCV system is working properly to make sure pressure isn't pushing oil out. If you have a hand pump like a Mightyvac you can put a T in a vacuum hose and measure what should be vacuum in the crankcase but could be pressure. Also check the oil sender on the firewall side of the engine under the intake manifold, a common problem but hard to see.
