J16 or O2 Sensor??

I am getting P1034 CEL about half the time soon after start up over the last week or so. (02 Aero, 180K) I clear the code and it generally will not back when driving, but usually on startup or a minute to 2 after start up.
I have a Launch Creader V and can see the O2 sensor voltage in real time.
What is the normal voltages that I should see for each O2 sensor? I would like to know if it actually is the O2 sensor before I start digging for that J16 solder joint.
TIA.
