Hi There:
I had to replace both fuel tank straps on my 2001 Aero after one let go. The passenger side was replace easily, the drivers side took some effort and ingenuity. The bolt broke off in the nut that is spot welded to the body. It is just about impossible to get at. I was able to drill the piece of the broken bolt out using an extra long drill bit and then thru bolt it in place. I would rate the job an 8 out of 10 due to the broken bolt. Hope this helps.
