I think I remember that at somepoint Saab removed the Evap Temp Sensor but they have a reading in Tech 2 still that is always good. It was just part of GM saving money. What did the shop say the readings in DICE for the AC are. On the 9-5 ACC tells DICE that AC should be on. DICE checks AC pressures and then tells Trionic it is ok to turn on the AC relay.
