Tonight, I informed Her Majesty's Ministry of Transportation in our Confederation through their on-line reporting system of this potentially dangerous situation. To further magnify the point, when my son and I were replacing the malevolant heater valve on our 2005 9-5 Arc, ham fist jr, similar to ham fist sr brushed the same valve (hereafter called Brakes Yes/No valve) and caused the same catastrophic failure. Fortunately, I had ordered a second Brakes Yes/No valve unit whilst ordering the unit for the 2006. Shade Tree Tech Tip - when inserting the replacement part into the brake booster, help avoid a Greek wrestling match by adding an invisible smidgeon of dish soap to the leading edge of the elbow insert to facilitate installation. A world of difference to not.
