I just assumed these hoses had vacuum rather than positive pressure. I'll check out the hoses again.
So from what I can tell from reading many posts and watching a few videos, the BCP directs pressure or vacuum down to the waste gate. When that happens the waste gate rod will move. For some reason this only happens under load, not just RPMs and so I think it is tough to watch under the hood.
